How It Works

The vision counting and bottling machine employs high-speed vision sensors to perform line-by-line scanning of rapidly moving products, generating precise projections of their trajectories. Using advanced computational cores and optimized image processing algorithms, this machine accurately counts and organizes each product. Synchronized control modules and precise mechanical actions ensure reliable counting.
Our vision counting and bottling machine features 4 independent channels, simultaneously filling 4 bottles at once. Each channel integrates a three-level adjustable vibrating system, with each vibration plate containing 12 V-shaped paths. Pills or capsules travel along these V-shaped channels into counting gates. As each bottle nears its target count, small and large valves systematically open and close, accurately dispensing the correct dosage into each bottle.
A specialized mechanism at the bottle opening securely holds each bottle, ensuring no product spillage occurs.
